How does Tendable work?

Tendable empowers your front line teams to gather quality data from across your organisation, and gives you the ability to analyse this data with the view to improving quality across individual areas and sites, as well as providing regulatory evidence.

What insights am I able to gather?

With Tendable you are able to gather data to evidence that standard operating procedures are being followed by front line staff, that environments where care is given meet required standards, as well as being able to highlight and reward good practise from a site, area and individual perspective.

Can I use Tendable as part of my accreditation programme?

Tendable is perfect for digitising an existing accreditation programme, or building one from scratch with the help of our digital tools. We have countless organisations leveraging Tendable's insights to provide reward and recognition to areas and individuals who have gone above and beyond, as well as providing an opportunity for learning and development where required.

How does the app work?
