She brings a deep understanding of the health and social care sector, extensive expertise delivering strategy, operational improvement and digital transformation projects and a strong track record delivering growth in the sector. She is passionate about improving health and social care services for the benefit of patients and staff and has won a Management Consultancies Association Award for her work in freeing up time to care for NHS staff.

Blessing spent 8 years working with frontline teams within two local authorities before venturing into the world of health and care regulation at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) where she spent 8 years in substantive roles regulating a variety of services. She remains a part of the CQC’s advisory and complementary workforce. Over the years she has used her experience to bring about better outcomes for people through her professional roles and through coaching. James has over 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector across NHS, commercial and academic settings. He has worked across various elements of data analysis, modelling and data engineering for healthcare research. This includes roles as a senior data scientist at Corevitas, senior data manager at the University of Sheffield and clinical data scientist at London Ambulance Service
